Outside the kitchen and dining room there is a perfect designer Dining Terrace/Patio just extensively renewed for you this year 2010. All with an electric, full size sun awning overlooking the pool and enjoying the same extensive views.

Changeovers
Our bookings run from and to a Saturday.
Villa ready for entry from 1.00pm. We ask guests to please depart by no later than 10.00am on their day of departure in order that we may have time to prepare the villa for our next guests.
Booking Conditions
A non-refundable deposit of £125 per week is required to secure your booking with the balance to be paid eight weeks prior to your arrival. £150 key, damages/loss deposit required with the balance, returnable at the end of your stay.
